A chance meeting between Suzy Bradley and Sue Sadler saw the start of this new partnership and a discovery of mutual core values. We share absolute commitment to customer experience, professionalism and have enthusiasm for the job, which has helped us both cement firm relationships with our clients. This, coupled with a good sense of humour and a love for life make for a dynamic partnership that we believe serves our clients exceptionally well.

Suzy then moved to London working in the city for UBS & Merrill Lynch. Having loved her time at Bristol, Suzy returned to the city in 2002 where she worked for a local stockbroking firm. Her passion and interest in property saw Suzy set up Bradley Residential in 2004 steadily building her management portfolio over the last 11 years. Now based in Long Ashton, Suzy can be spotted with her children in Ashton Court, at Body Attack classes in David Lloyd or having a cheeky glass of wine at The Bird in Hand.
Sue Sadler grew up in Bath and moved to Bristol in 2003. She has a wealth of experience both of Bath and Bristol property markets. She decided to branch out on her own in 2013 with Sue Sadler Sales & Lettings and has gone from strength to strength since. Sue has great enthusiasm and energy plus a fun sense of humour. It is this, along with her calm disposition that Sue believes helps her keep everything running smoothly for her clients. Sue enjoys socialising, playing tennis, going to the gym and walking her Beagle, Lulu.

Kayt Peters has recently rejoined the Bradley and Sadler team after two years living in the North of Scotland. Working on the sales side of the business, she is looking forward to putting her well-honed organisational skills to work when studying for her NAEA qualifications and providing the best possible service to her clients. A fully qualified personal trainer, Kayt is kept very busy running around after her son and husband, but loves to put any spare time she has left to good use at a punchy Body Combat class or a heart-pumping HIIT session.
